NECA/IBEW 48's mission is to lead the electrical industry - by example - to the highest levels of quality, value and integrity, thus earning the respect of our customers and community. For nearly 100 years, our unique partnership between Oregon-Columbia NECA contractors and the electricians of IBEW Local 48 has built some of the biggest and most important projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Our apprentices and skilled journeymen learn the latest technology at our state-of-the-art training center. The five-year, on-the-job NECA/IBEW Local 48 training program provides the most comprehensive electrical education and safety training in the country. As a result of this unrivaled education, our training center is producing the most skilled and prepared apprentices.
